Why I Started Real Life Rosary
I fell in love with the Rosary after reading St. John Paul II's encyclical On The Most Holy Rosary (Rosarium Virginis Marie) in 2002. In it I discovered a different way to "pray" the rosary. No longer was it simply rattling off prayers and "getting through it." I learned when we pray the rosary we "sit at the school of Mary and contemplate the face of Christ... and ....the simple prayer of the Rosary marks the rhythm of human life."
This changed things for me. I began bringing my life, work, family, worries, and more to this wonderful school of Mary. Here she helped me see that she and Jesus experienced all that we experience. This gave me comfort and challenged me to begin seeing life differently. From this sprang a desire to share with the world that you can truly find your life within the mysteries of the rosary. I began writing meditation books and creating handcrafted rosaries to help others deepen their spiritual life and grow closer to Jesus through Mary.
What started 24 years ago as a deepening of my own prayer life has blossomed into a ministry that reaches thousands each year through books, rosaries, and speaking engagements. Thank you for being a part of our family...
